  • Brief – Obtain planning consent for the conversion of 3 redundant agricultural barns into 3 detached dwellings. 
  • Time Frame – 18 months
  • Constraints – Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, outside built-up confines, access, ecology, landscape, dark skies and maintaining a modern agricultural farmstead appearance in the wider setting. 
  • Outcome – Pre-application advice sought in the first instance. Planning consent granted. Site now being taken forward to market to be developed out.
